What a weekend! From the heart of Music City to the heart of our mission, you helped make the 2025 HNF Summit + Retreat an unforgettable celebration of science, stories, and strength.

Whether you joined as a patient, caregiver, family member, advocate, researcher, clinician, industry partner, or regulator, your presence helped turn Nashville into a powerhouse of progress for the CMT community. Together, over 200 of us didn’t just attend a summit — we moved the needle on what’s possible.

✅ 47 Patients participated in the CMT Wearable Study using FDA-approved BioSensics devices

✅ 30 Clinicians trained in CMT scales to bring back and implement at their clinics

✅ CMT Biobank collected 75 (54 patients, 21 controls) blood samples, blood spot cards, and urine samples for researchers

✅ 50 Patients joined the Stanford University study on walking and functional movement using video and software technologies

✅Over 45 patient one-on-one surgery and bracing evaluations with Dr. Glenn Pfeffer and Mitch Warner, CPO.

✅ Countless new connections made across the CMT community

✅ Launched HNF’s CMT DEPLOY Initiative

✅ Hosted the FIRST CMT Adaptive Fashion Show
