Saturday, Nov 10, 2012: Richmond Half-Marathon Fundraiser
The Richmond, Va branch of Team CMT, Richmond, VA will participate in the American Family Fitness Half Marathon on Saturday, November 10, 2012. Team CMT will be running on behalf of the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation to raise awareness of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.

For the the first time ever, the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation will participate in Americana Manhasset and Wheatley Plaza’s Champions for Charity®.
Running Marathons to Raise Awareness of Charcot-Marie-Tooth
“America’s Friendliest Marathon,” held in Richmond, VA this past weekend, included some important friends of the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation who ran to raise awareness of Charcot-Marie-Tooth and to generate funds for research to find a cure.
AANEM conference
Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation sponsored a course on CMT as part of the annual meeting of the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM).
