A bright, crisp day greeted supporters of Grace’s Courage Crusade as they gathered to enjoy brunch by the beach with breathtaking views at the Atlantic Beach Club in Newport, RI. Following the amazing buffet spread, the crowd got intense over a dessert auction that offered tempting sweets and goodies provided by local businesses. Through dessert and coffee, folks were serenaded by the sounds of A Cappella Gold, a local group of amazing singers.

The highlight of the afternoon was the thrilling raffle! Baskets lined the center of the room, with a wide variety of prizes for the lucky winners. Jewelry, luxury items, fall harvest baskets, and fine wines were among the awards. Top prizes included a flat screen TV and an iPad mini! Grace Caldarone assisted event coordinator Tonia Hassell in announcing the winning guests.

Over $13,000 was raised for the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation’s research program, which is focused on finding new treatments and a cure for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. The Sidoti and Caldarone families want to thank all of the friends and family who have supported their cause! We believe in our hearts that we will make a difference for Grace and children like her all over the world who live with CMT.
