Timothy Estilow,MS, OTR/L is a Clinical Researcher, Industry Consultant, and Occupational Therapist with more than 2 decades specializing in rare neurological diseases at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and University of Pennsylvania. He works collaboratively with several international allied healthcare consortiums as well as serving on the advisory board of Patient Advocacy Groups. In his role, with the support of funding from the NIH, MDA, CMTA, SMA Foundation, and Industry sponsors, he: participates in the development and validation of disease specific motor outcome measures, establishes quality assurance and training protocols for motor outcomes assessment as well as conducts natural history and clinical trials, publishes extensively, provides education and training to patients, families, and clinicians and works to improve clinical care in the rare neurological disease space.
