Joey Nicoletti is a professional singer/actor from Cleveland, Ohio. He received his BFA in  Musical Theatre from Ohio Northern University and has been performing professionally since graduating in 2018. After performing at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia, for six months, Joey realized that his body was not working the way he wanted it to. His family has a history of Charcot-Marie-Tooth, and he decided to get tested at the end of 2019. He learned at the age of 23 that he had CMT-1B and needed to adapt his way of life so that he could continue performing. With the help of his neurologist at University Hospital and the team at  Hanger Clinic, Joey has found AFOs that allow him to continue performing professionally and to the caliber that his profession requires.
