# Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation (HNF)

> HNF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to finding cures and treatments for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) and related inherited neuropathies. HNF holds the Global Registry for Inherited Neuropathies (GRIN), the largest patient registry for CMT in the world.
