Join us for HNF's 2010 Hampton Spinathon on Saturday, July 31st!
The HNF Hamptons Spin for the Cure Spinathon is a two-hour spin to raise awareness and funds to find a cure for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT). The event will be held at (B) East Real Ryder Fitness Studio on July 31 at 3:00 pm. Our goal is to raise $100,000!

Registration and Sponsorship Information:
Spinners can purchase an individual bike for $75 or they can fundraise by reaching out to their personal networks through our personal spin pages.
Register to participate in the spin-a-thon. Once you are registered, you will be able to pledge $75 to pay for your bike. If you wish to fundraise, you will also be able to create a personal webpage that you can send out to friends and family. There is no minimum goal, but set your goal high!
